Colin Ryan is a partner in the Dublin office leading the Financial Services Consulting practice. He has worked in a strategic advisory and change delivery capacity across Financial Services, Public Sector, Consumer Goods and Technology clients for the last 16 years. He has established and run a number of advisory practices in this time.

Colin has extensive experience designing and delivering complex strategic change and business transformation initiatives across the full breadth of C suite portfolios. His particular areas of expertise are operational excellence and digital transformation. His approach is always to partner with leadership and delivery teams to understand the unique client organisational context in order to realise sustainable business performance improvements for the organisation.

Colin has played an active role supporting the domestic innovation agenda; assisting a number of organisations with their digital strategies, conceiving a national innovation and leadership award for Irish undergraduates and being a judge in the Irish Times Innovation Awards for a number of years.


MBA, MSC, B Tech from the Smurfit School of Business, an M.Sc. In Distributed Systems from Trinity College Dublin and a B.Tech from University of Limerick.
