Career:

Alan O'Brien is a Partner and leads the Financial Services Strategy and Transactions (SaT) business of the firm, focused on providing transaction support to the financial services market. Alan has 20+ years' professional experience in the financial service market advising domestic and international participants across Private Equity, Aviation Finance, Banking, FS technology, and Wealth & Asset Management on range of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and broader transaction capital raising projects.

Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD and Master of Accountancy from Smurfit School of Business
