Career:

Ailbhe MacManus is a Partner in EY's Wealth and Asset Management practice, with over 10 years experience working in the financial markets area servicing asset managers, hedge funds and private equity funds. Ailbhe currently resides in the Dublin office after recently spending a number of years in EY's Cayman Islands office.

Ailbhe has experience with investment funds across a variety of investment strategies and international jurisdictions, and has considerable knowledge of reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP. Ailbhe is also a member of EY's regulatory team and assists teams and clients navigate regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory bodies (PCAOB, SEC, CIMA, IAASA, CBI).

Qualifications:

Ailbhe holds an M.B.S in Accounting from Dublin City University and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
