Our Real Estate team brings extensive experience and a comprehensive range of services to all aspects of real estate transactions. We represent a diverse range of clients, including private equity, pension and real estate investment funds, developers, retailers, institutional investors and financial institutions across all areas of real estate law.
We have had significant involvement in most Irish real estate backed loan portfolio sales over the past five years, acting for sellers (including Irish participating institutions, foreign banks and NAMA), purchasers and financiers.
We are recognised as having one of Ireland's premier property finance teams and we act on the funding of all forms of domestic real estate, including by way of senior and mezzanine lending, structured financings and investment.
We also act in the establishment of real estate fund vehicles (including QIAIFs and ICAVs) for the acquisition of property. |
