Ronan joined Cafico International in 2021 as Head of Company Secretarial having previously worked as Head of Funds Company Secretarial at one of Ireland's leading law firms. In this role Ronan is responsible for overseeing the company secretarial group of Cafico International, which consists of a team of experienced company secretarial and corporate administration professionals.

Ronan and the team assist a wide variety of domestic and international client companies and their directors with all aspects of company law administration and compliance through the provision of a comprehensive range of company secretarial services.

Career:

Ronan is a highly experienced company secretary with over 13 years' experience operating in frequently changing and complex environments, primarily in the banking and asset management industries.

Qualifications:

Ronan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal & Business Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology and has a Professional Certificate in International Investment Fund Services from the Institute of Banking.
