Profile:	Cafico International is one of the fastest growing and most experienced administrators of structured finance special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in Ireland. Our establishment in 2012 was borne out of recognition for the need for a commercially pragmatic corporate services provider that prides itself in delivering a bespoke and first in class service to its clients. Since our establishment, we have been engaged by a large number of investment banks and corporates to provide the full suite of corporate administration services to private and public structured finance transactions. To date, the SPVs that we administer have collectively issued debt with a notional value of over $40 billion on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
