Triona Ryan is a Partner in the ByrneWallace LLP Banking and Finance Team.

Triona has extensive experience acting on domestic and cross-border transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers, including domestic and international financial institutions, senior and mezzanine lenders, alternative lenders, funds, and corporate borrowers in relation to corporate debt facilities, acquisition financing, real estate financing, debt restructuring and fund financing. Triona works across a variety of sectors and has particular expertise in health, life sciences, technology and fund finance and also has a background in insolvency and corporate restructuring.

Career:

Triona trained and worked in some of Ireland's largest corporate law firms in the areas of insolvency and restructuring and general banking. Triona subsequently worked in the banking department of a Silver Circle law firm in London, before joining ByrneWallace LLP in 2018.

Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, Law Society of Ireland, 2007
Admitted to roll of solicitors in England & Wales and practising solicitor in England & Wales, 2015-2018
