He has extensive experience acting for a wide range of banks, alternative lenders and borrowers across a variety of sectors, including commercial real estate, development finance, health, hospitality and social housing.

Mark is a member of the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Management Committee and was formerly a member of the Law Society of Ireland's Business Law Committee.
