Mark is a partner and Head of ByrneWallace's Banking and Finance practice.
Mark advises both borrowers and lending institutions on all types of lending transactions including real estate finance, both investment and development.
He has extensive experience advising on secured and unsecured lending, development finance, both commercial and residential and tax-structured lending.
More recently, Mark has been advising financial institutions on residential development and real estate investment finance, and debt restructurings and refinancing and portfolio loan sales.
Mark has also acted for organisations in the provision of finance for the development of residential property, hotels, private hospitals, nursing homes, shopping centres and site assembly for development purposes.
Mark lectures on the Law Society of Ireland Professional Practice Course II - Banking Law Course and Certificate in Banking Law, Practice & Bankruptcy.
