Deals: Advised Nuveen Real Estate Limited, one of the largest investment managers in the world, as the arranger on all Irish aspects of a three-tranche, dual currency loan secured on a four-property, nine-unit portfolio of newly developed logistics assets in the U.K., Ireland and Spain.

Act as Irish counsel to Debenhams Retail (Ireland) Limited ("DRIL") as part of the ongoing complex restructuring of the Debenhams Group.

Advised The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland and the European Investment Bank in relation to the Schools Bundle 3 Project; the third PPP project in the Irish Schools PPP programme, consisting of the design, build, finance, and maintenance of eight schools on seven sites providing approximately 5,700 pupil spaces.

Advised on the provision of secured term loan revolving credit and bilateral facilities to enable the minority stake acquisition by Great Point Partners (a leading New York health care investment firm) in the Steripack Group, a global medical device manufacturer.

Advising Glanbia Ireland DAC on the establishment of the Twenty20 Beef Club (the "Club") in conjunction with Kepak and Finance Ireland which will provide loans to Glanbia's dairy farmers.
