The main focus of Paul's servicing career remains with Loss Mitigation and Arrears Management where he's spent the bulk of his Servicing career.
For the last four years Paul has been the Development Director at HML and his primary role is to Secure New Servicing Contracts and Rating Agency Liaison.
Paul is married with 1 daughter and his hobbies include golf and scuba diving.

Conor has over 10 years experience within the Financial Services industry, where he has held positions in banking and professional advisory services. He has extensive knowledge of financial risk
management and spends most of his time working with clients in the area of Basel II.
He and his team have provided assistance and assurance in the fields of credit risk, market risk, operational risk and liquidity risk. They work closely with the Ernst & Young Global Financial Services
Risk Management network, especially our UK colleagues.
Conor joined Ernst & Young in 2002, having previously worked for JP Morgan and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MSc in Finance and is GARP FRM qualified.

Jim Savitsky
Director
Markit
Jim Savitsky joined Markit in 2006 to head the global sales and business development activities of Markit’s Structured Finance (ABS) initiative. This includes the launch of new products and services in the ABS cash, synthetic and indices space within the U.S. and European markets.
Prior to joining Markit, Jim worked at Trepp, LLC from 1995 and led the sales and marketing efforts for the launch of Trepp’s flagship CMBS Analytics product, the industry standard platform for the CMBS asset class. Jim spent considerable time in Europe establishing Trepp's modeling services within the international investment banking community. He was also involved in establishing Trepp's strategic partnership with Markit surrounding the launch of the CMBX indices.
He is a regular speaker and panelist on the subjects of ABS/CMBS modeling and information and has co-authored several articles on the subject. His written contributions include "An Investor Framework For CMBS Analysis", co-authored with Richard Trepp, which was printed in the Handbook Of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Vol II. Jim has also written on the topic of CMBS valuation for the CMSA publication entitled CMBS World and is regularly interviewed by the media for articles related to industry trends.
Prior to joining Trepp, Mr. Savitsky worked as a consultant for Multinational Computer Models, Inc. (a SunGard company), the leading provider of foreign exchange and interest rate risk management software & consulting services to the Fortune 300 market. For 7 years, Jim assisted over 100 international corporations in developing risk management policies and procedures and in implementing global treasury and risk management systems.
Mr. Savitsky graduated with honors from Stevens Institute of Technology. He received a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management with a concentration in Systems Planning.
Walter Gontarek

Walter Gontarek is a founding partner and CEO of Channel Capital
Advisors LLP, a FSA regulated investment firm which manages Channel
Capital Plc, a Irish-based Aaa/AAA rated credit products company.
Channel Capital writes super senior protection on pools of corporate
credit obligors which are typically rated Aaa/AAA. Capital Capital Plc
sponsors include LBBW, Calyon and KBC Financial Products.
Walter previously founded and managed the credit derivatives business at
RBC Capital Markets from 1999, during which time it was a regular top
ten arranger of synthetic CDOs and an active principal finance credit
investor. He previously held senior positions in the credit derivatives
businesses at TD Bank and CIBC World Markets during the early 1990's.
He has also previously consulted with Eastern European governments on
banking reform and served as president of a US retail bank unit. Walt
holds a BBA Finance from Loyola College, a MBA Finance from the Stern
School of Business at NYU, and a certificate from the HEC Graduate
School of Management in France.
Anne Flood
Head of SPV (Securitisation and Asset Financing) Business Development
AIB International Financial Services Ltd
Anne works in the Business Development side of AIBIFS's business, with responsibility for growing their securitisation and asset financing (particularly aircraft leasing entities) SPV administrative services business. Anne has worked with AIBIFS since 1998 and has been instrumental in growing the number of SPVs under management to over 200, covering a wide array of structures, jurisdictions and asset types. Anne's specific responsibilities include direct marketing of AIBIFS's broad service offering, scoping and negotiating AIBIFS's role in structured transactions, onboarding of clients for administration by her client services colleagues and ongoing relationship management.
Prior to joining AIBIFS, Anne worked with ORIX Aviation Systems, as their Financial Accountant in Dublin. Anne Graduated from Dublin University with a BSc in Management in 1994 and is a qualified accountant.
