The winner of the M&A Cross-border Construction Industry acquisition is ?imsa Building Solutions’ acquisition of the Mannok Group. Mannok Holdings is a company that has been embroiled in controversy ever since the company emerged in 2014 from Irish businessman Sean Quinn’s collapsed business group. This deal was extraordinarily complex and all legal advisers had to navigate numerous diverse issues to deliver a successful transaction and is a winner under the M&A category.
