The winner of the M&A Minority Investment Deal of the Year is Goodbody Capital Partners investment in Aptech Business Systems. Goodbody Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Goodbody Stockbrokers, invested €17 million for a minority interest in Aptech Business Systems, with the funding earmarked for Aptech’s strategic push into global markets.
