The deal included a novel “excess application facility” allowing retail investors to subscribe for shares in excess of their pro rata entitlements and is also one of the few open offers by an Irish public company in recent years.
Datalex is a winner in the Equity Capital Markets category for its firm placing, placing and open offer where it issued in aggregate 55.5 million new ordinary shares at an issue price of €0.45 per share New Ordinary Share raising gross proceeds of approximately €25 million.
