Foresight Group’s €5m investment will enable Scorebuddy’s management to drive growth through the continued expansion of its operations in Ireland, and bring new innovative products to market.
The winner of the M&A Private Equity, SME Deal of the Year is Foresight Group’s investment in Scorebuddy. Scorebuddy is a specialist quality assurance solution provider. Using embedded AI, it helps contact centres automate QA (Quality Assurance) processes and leverage data-driven insights whilst improving employee performance.
Scorebuddy, founded by Derek Corcoran, was launched in 2012 and has expanded to serve over 50,000 contact centre agents in more than 25 count....
