The deal was completed in a tight timeframe and involved interplay with some of the world’s leading technology companies in their capacity as suppliers to Sherweb and/or MicroWarehouse.
Sherweb’s acquisition of MicroWarehouse is the M&A Acquisition, SME Deal of the Year. MicroWarehouse is a Dublin-based IT distributor founded 38 years ago, which specialises in cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. The company provides a range of products and services, including a complete suite of Microsoft solutions, WatchGuard Endpoint Security, SkyKick, and Nexus SOC. As part of its partnership programme, MicroWarehouse also provides specialist training through its LearnLab....
