Despite a challenging market backdrop, DCC received strong indications of interest from a wide range of high-quality investors, resulting in an almost four times oversubscribed order book and allowing DCC to price the bond 20bps inside of initial price targets

The winner of the Debt Capital Markets Corporate Bonds Programme is DCC’s debut bond issuance. In June 2024, DCC Group Finance successfully priced its inaugural €500m 7yr bond at MS+165bps, with a coupon of 4.375%. A long standing issuer in the US private placement market, on this occasion DCC chose to establish itself in the broader public debt capital markets, supported by BBB ratings from S&P and Fitch.
