The facilities included a €100m green term loan and a multi-currency revolving credit facility of €375m. There was also a secured private placement of €125m. The private placement was secured with the senior noteholders and the lenders sharing in the security which included security over a number of real estate properties. This involved the negotiation of a complex intercreditor agreement between the various finance parties.
