Two day roadshow to more than 100 European investors results in the €750 million being covered within 10 minutes and four times oversubscribed and lays a strong foundation for Kingspan’s future bond issuances.
The winner of the Debt Capital Markets Unsecured Corporate Bond Issuance is Kingspan’s €750 million debut public bond. With a newly acquired pair of credit ratings and established EMTN programme, Kingspan Group opted to diversify its funding mix in October 2024 by publishing a mandate for an inaugural Euro Benchmark transaction. The announcement was then followed by a two day roadshow, which attracted more than 100 investors from across Europe.
