Enria report recommendations to make CBI’s Fitness and Probity Regime fit for purpose are ‘balanced’
The independent review into the Central Bank of Ireland’s F&P regime, precipitated by IFSAT’s judgement in the AB Case, are reviewed by A&L Goodbody’s James Grennan, one of the original architects of Ireland’s IFSAT regime. He recounts the incidents that led to CBI commissioning the review and references “some very significant changes to enhance fairness, transparency, efficiency and oversight”.
