The 46 deals awarded in this year’s Deals of the Year Awards Report provide a perspective of the international nature of Ireland’s corporate finance and capital markets and advisory industries, with seamless connections being made across the world linking European, and US and UK capital markets and adapting to the changing global business environment and to individual companies’ business models. Numerous deals awarded this year illustrate the value of Ireland as a key jurisdiction in the global capital markets network, and the Irish law system.
The engagement of financing in sustainable and green finance, housing and vital economic sectors such as life sciences, financial services, fintech, engineering and agribusiness were evident across the board in this year’s 220 nominations and are reflected amongst the winning deals.
