Nostra secured equity investment and a debt financing package just days after closing its third acquisition of 2023, strengthening the IT managed services provider’s position to execute its growth plans.
Phoenix Equity Partners investment in Nostra Technologies has been recognised in the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards as the winner of Mergers & Acquisitions: Private Equity, SME award. The deal, which sees Phoenix Equity Partners take a majority stake in market leading Dublin-based IT Managed Services Provider Nostra Technologies, also included a debt financing element provided by Ares, and supports growth plans.
