The incorporation of performance targets aligning with Greencore’s sustainability strategy, together with the financial flexibility allowing the group to deliver on its growth objectives, was a significant development in the sustainability linked loan market in the last year.

Established in 1991, Greencore is today a leading manufacturer of convenience foods in the UK. It employs in excess of 14,000 people across 23 manufacturing sites and 18 distribution sites in the UK and Ireland.
