Part of an ongoing series of EBS sponsored securitisations going back 20 years. Burlington 2 is an STS compliant transaction featuring a pool replenishment feature. With the Class A notes eligible collateral with the ECB for monetary policy operations, Burlington further enhances the already strong liquidity position of AIB.

The €5.07 billion Burlington Mortgages No. 2 DAC was the largest Residential Mortgage Backed Securitisation nominated in the Debt Capital Markets category. The securitisation was backed by portfolio of performing residential mortgage loans originated from and serviced by EBS, part of AIB Group, and Haven, AIB Group’s mortgage offering through authorised mortgage brokers.
