| David has advised a very wide range of both IFSC and non-IFSC financial services companies on establishing operations in Ireland and distributing their products or providing their services in Europe and elsewhere. He has been a major proponent of the use of Ireland as a SPV domicile for the securitisation and asset financing/repackaging of numerous types of asset classes. He is also a member of the Dublin Fund Industry Association tax committee and is actively involved in representing the industry in discussions with the Irish tax authorities. |
