Peadar has over 10 years experience in the mutual fund industry. Having originally qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin specialising in the audit of Investment Funds, Peadar was head of the Financial Administration department in Citi Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd, (formerly BISYS) prior to joining KB Associates in 2008. |

| Projects: |
| Responsible for managing the set-up of UCITS III funds including the preparation of business plans and risk management process documents. Peadar was also responsible for undertaking service provider selection on behalf of asset managers, managing migrations from service providers, reviewing operational procedures, developing service level agreements and project managing financial statement production. |
