Tom was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1993 and joined Dillon Eustace in 2004 where he is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department, specialising in EU, regulatory and commercial law. Tom possesses recognised expertise in telecommunications and electronic communications law and has broad professional experience in corporate and distribution structuring. He currently advises Ireland’s first mobile virtual network operator and the third entrant to the Irish health insurance market. A former in-house legal adviser to both the Irish telecommunications regulator and the Irish Pensions Board, Tom has published extensively at national and international levels on European commercial and communications matters. He is currently a member of the Law School, University College Dublin where he lectures in EU Internal Market law |
