Brian joined the firm in 2006 from another Irish firm as a partner in the Finanical Services Department. Brian advises leading domestic and international financial institutions and fund/asset managers on carrying on business in Ireland. In particular, Brian advises on the structuring, establishment and operation of all types of mutual funds (including UCITS and hedge funds) and investment business firms. Brian has also been involved in the acquisitions and mergers of regulated entities. |
