| Special Areas: |
Peter works in the Financial Services Department of Dillon Eustace where he became a partner in 2007. He has particular expertise in traditional and alternative investment funds and has advised fund promoters, administrators, custodians, investment managers, investment banks and prime brokers on legal and regulatory issues. He also advises in the area of derivatives and capital markets. During his time at Dillon Eustace, Peter worked on secondment for a global investment bank and a leading law firm in Luxembourg. In 2005-2006 he managed Dillon Eustace’s Boston office. Peter has written several articles for industry journals and is a Lecturer in the Law Society of Ireland for Financial Services. |
