Liam advises a wide range of both domestic and international clients who operate in the financial services, retail, distribution and manufacturing sectors. He has a large number of clients in the insurance sector both domestically and internationally. He is also involved in the international structuring of groups of companies, mergers & acquisitions and in advising owner-managed domestic Irish companies. He is a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is chairman of the CCAB-I Tax Committee. |
