Brian joined Dillon Eustace in 1994 and became a partner in 2000. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, he worked in New York with the brokerage firm Moore & Schley, Cameron & Co. during which time he qualified as a securities broker. Brian specialises in commercial law with a particular emphasis in financial services and advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions, fund managers and corporations carrying on business in Ireland. Brian has participated in a number of conferences in the financial services arena and has also written a number of articles in this area. He is a member of the Legal & Regulatory Committee of the Dublin Funds Industry Association. |
