Mark is a partner in the financial services department of Dillon Eustace since 1999 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2004. He has worked extensively in the area of international financial services, investment and fund management and in cross boarder securitisation and repackaging transactions. Mark has been with Dillon Eustace since its establishment in 1992 and was seconded for a time to one of the IFSC's largest fund administration companies as their legal officer. He has recently advised in relation to major non - performing loan acquisitions and financing in a number of high profile European and Asian transactions. Mark is a regular participant at conferences and to publications in these areas and has been a member and participant in several committees in the financial services industry in Dublin. |
