Paula Kelleher qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and became partner in 1992. Paula practices in commercial and financial services law and is a Partner of the firm's Regulatory and Compliance Department. She has extensive expertise in all aspects of investment funds including UCITS in Ireland and in advising the service providers to those funds with particular emphasis on custody related issues. Paula also provides training and advices on all aspects of compliance and regulation of financial services activities in Ireland and has written a number of articles on compliance related issues. Paula is also an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and her tax knowledge complements her other areas of expertise. |
