Ronan is the partner in charge of Deloitte's Corporate Finance Division, which encompasses Transaction Services, Reorganisation and Insolvency, Forensic and Dispute Resolution, Debt Advisory and M&A Advisory. Ronan has led a number of advisory projects for major clients, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisition support and Due Diligence services. He has wide ranging experience in consulting and advisory engagements covering accounting, audit, governance, and investigation services. In recent years has specialised in the financial services sector. He has served clients in the insurance, credit union, stockbroker and financial intermediary sectors, as well as in property, manufacturing and technology.
Ronan is a member of the board of the auditing standard setter for the UK and Ireland (APB), and is a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and chairs the ICAI Finance Board.
