Special Areas:

Mark assists asset management clients with product and fund structuring. He is the Head of Business Development for Bridge Fund Management Limited (BFML) in Ireland. He manages a number of Bridge Fund Management Company's client relationships and he also acts as a Designated Person to a limited number of Irish fund management companies. His background is working with asset managers from all over the world e.g. Europe, UK, US, Asia and Australia. He has worked with clients from a broad range of industry segments e.g. asset managers, institutional clients, wealth managers, investments banks and insurance companies.

He helps client firms meet their expanding regulatory requirements as outlined by the Central Bank of Ireland in their ongoing review of fund management companies.

Career:

Mark joined Bridge in May 2016. His background includes business development, relationship management and regulatory compliance. His day to day role entails helping Bridge's asset management clients / prospective clients optimise how they structure funds in Ireland and gain access to a suite of governance, risk management and regulatory compliance solutions e.g. UCITS/AIF fund structures (internally managed, externally managed or through use of fund platforms).

Prior to joining Bridge in 2016, Mark worked as a Director, Client Coverage with RBC Investor & Treasury Services, ("RBC I&TS"), primarily in the area of relationship management for a select number of the firm's largest asset management clients with Irish/Luxembourg domiciled UCITS/AIFs.

Qualifications:

Mark holds qualifications in Compliance, Risk Management & Financial Analysis, Banking and Life Assurance.
His designations include LCOI, CFCPP and CDPO from the Institute of Banking / University College Dublin.

Memberships:

Mark is a member of the Compliance Institute and the Institute of Directors.
