Special Areas:BrÃan leads BDO's Risk and Advisory Services team. He has extensive experience in internal audit, risk management and corporate governance, at strategic and operational levels. Over the past twenty five years he has led engagements for clients across many sectors, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Education, Pensions and Healthcare.BrÃan brings a risk-focused and quality assurance approach to his engagements. He has extensive experience in both business change and corporate governance. Career:Prior to his work in internal audit, governance and risk management, BrÃan managed a number of major business transformation initiatives for multinational organisations. These included large-scale ERP and Shared Services implementations. He currently acts as the Head of Internal Audit for a number of BDO’s Financial Services, Healthcare and Pensions clients.BrÃan has led the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Frameworks and has spoken at seminars on topics ranging from Governance and Fraud Risk, to Data Analytics and Systems implementations.
