Darina Barrett is an audit partner with KPMG . She specialises in financial services and in particular investment management and structured finance. She advises, investment banks and financial institutions doing business in and through Ireland She is Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants. Darina was involved in ensuring favourable accounting and taxation treatment for special purposes vehicles domiciled in Ireland. Darina is also the current Chair of Service Working Group of the Irish Securitisation Forum.
