Julian Reddyhough

Managing Partner
Maples and Calder
Career - Julian has practiced at Maples and Calder since 1989 and has been a partner since 1994. He is head of the finance department and one of the firm's managing partners. Julian now jointly manages the new Dublin office and is a member of the Management Committee of the Maples and Calder Group. Expertise - Julian has over 17 years' experience of all aspects of commercial practice in the Cayman Islands. Julian specialises in corporate, capital markets, structured and asset finance transactions, mutual funds, partnerships, JVs and general corporate work. Julian is regularly listed in commercial publications as a leading commercial lawyer in the Cayman Islands. Education - Longmore Scholar, Haileybury College and Christ Church, Oxford. BA, Jurisprudence 1984, MA 1986; Hardwicke Scholar, Lincolns Inn 1984. Bar Admissions -1985 - Barrister, England and Wales; 1989 - Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (Does not practise as an English solicitor); 1989 - Admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands; 2006 - Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland.
