Hugh Fraser

Vice President, European Debt Capital Markets
Eurohypo AG
Hugh has been a member of Eurohypos European Debt Capital Markets team since early 2005. Previously he worked in Fitch Ratings European Commercial Mortgage Backed Securitisation (CMBS) team where he rated a multitude of European CMBS transactions. Since joining Eurohypo, Hugh has worked in the origination, structuring and execution of real estate related financings throughout Western Europe. This includes CMBS origination for Eurohypos 'Opera' conduit and provision of on balance sheet structured finance. Hugh is well versed on the intricacies of Irish securitization issues having recently completed the arrangement of Irelands first CMBS transaction Opera Finance (CMH) plc. This involved the securitization of a EUR 375million loan secured on Castle Market Holdings Irish Investment portfolio.
