Alex Cataldo

Vice President, Senior Credit Officer
Moody's Investor Services Ltd.
Alex Cataldo is a Vice President for Moody's EMEA structured finance team. He has been lead Analyst for European structured finance transactions covering a variety of asset classes (including Governmental Receivables, NPLs, ABS (ie. consumer loans, leases, esoterics) RMBS, CMBS, and CDOs. He is currently the senior team member for securitisation transactions rated out of Italy, in which he has focused his main activities for close to 5 years. Before joining Moody's, he completed his Masters studies at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. Previous to that, he worked as a strategy consultant for KPMG in London and as a professor in Massachusetts (USA) where he also obtained his first degree in International Relations at Boston University.
